Kamenice nad Lipou is a small town in the Vysocina Region of Czechia and translates as Kamenice, above a Linden Tree. The Linden tree, over 700 years old, is still situated beneath the castle walls.

The Torah Scrolls from Slavkov and Kamenice nad Lipou were sent to London in the early 1960’s and then distributed to Jewish communities around the world.
